By appointment only. One hour is a common treatment length although sessions are available in other durations.
What is the Cost?
While massage therapy is not covered by OHIP, there are ways to receive help funding your treatments. Many extended health insurance plans provide full or partial coverage for massage therapy. Check your employee benefit policy regarding coverage, and whether a physician's referral is required. Automobile insurance provides coverage for injuries sustained in automobile accidents. Veterans Affairs clients are also welcome.
As with any health practitioners, you will be billed for your treatment at the time of your visit and issued a receipt so you can recover the cost from your insurer.
Each appointment includes relevant homecare education and exercises.

Cancellation Policy
As with many health professionals, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Full fees will be charged for missed appointments should you fail to give sufficient notice.
